KKB Fastigheter AB är ett av Kävlinge kommun helägt, allmännyttigt bostadsbolag. Som sådant erbjuder vi ett varierande utbud av hyresrätter, har en central roll i kommunens bostadsförsörjning och är ledande i fråga om hyresgästinflytande. Bolaget har omfattande nyproduktion och bedrivs efter affärsmässiga principer.

Sedan årsskiftet 2015/2016 sköter KKB förvaltningen åt sitt systerbolag KKL som är ägare till kommunens samhällsnyttiga fastigheter.

I appen kan du som är hyresgäst hos oss lätt hitta våra kontaktuppgifter, prenumerera på nyheter som gäller just din bostadsadress men även det som gäller andra adresser. Du kan också lämna felanmälan och därefter följa ditt ärende. Utöver detta finner du funktioner för att söka lägenhet, beställa underhåll och se dina hyresinbetalningar.

In the app you as a tenant with us can easily find our contact information, subscribe to news that applies to your particular home address but also to other addresses. You can also leave the bug report and then follow your case. In addition, you will find functions for searching for an apartment, ordering maintenance and seeing your rental payments.
